DreyTV does not have an automatic data collection form on this site. The only information transmitted is provided voluntarily by the customer via WhatsApp when making contact or subscribing: phone number, and any information shared in the conversation (plan chosen, device used, etc.).

Information sent via WhatsApp is used only to:

Process the order and deliver the access code;
Provide technical support related to the subscription;
Inform the customer, at their request, of offers or renewals.

This data is neither sold nor transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

3. Cookies and audience measurement

This site does not use advertising tracking cookies. It only stores, locally in the visitor's browser (via localStorage), the language and theme (light/dark) chosen, so they are remembered on future visits. None of this information is sent to a server.
