These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the DreyTV website and the services offered. By using this site or subscribing to a plan, you accept these terms without reservation.
DreyTV offers an IPTV subscription service giving access to television channels and video-on-demand (VOD) content, delivered via an access code (credentials and server URL) sent directly on WhatsApp.
Every subscription can be tested for free before any payment. Access is activated immediately after the request, and payment only happens once the user is satisfied with the service. Four plans are offered: 1 month, 3 months, 6 months and 12 months, at the prices shown on the site at the time of subscription.
A refund can be requested within 30 days of activation if the service doesn't match what was advertised. The request is made directly on WhatsApp.
The subscription is strictly personal. It allows use on two devices connected simultaneously. Sharing, reselling or redistributing the access code to third parties is prohibited and may lead to immediate suspension of the service, without refund.
No automatic renewal takes place. When the subscription expires, access simply stops. The user remains free to subscribe to a new plan whenever they wish, via WhatsApp.
The user is solely responsible for ensuring their use of the service complies with the regulations in force in their country of residence. DreyTV does not provide its own content: the service enables technical access to streams, and the user is responsible for how they are used.
DreyTV does its best to ensure a stable service and anti-freeze protection during high-traffic events, without guaranteeing continuous, uninterrupted availability. Support can be reached on WhatsApp 7 days a week for any technical issue.
DreyTV cannot be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, nor for interruptions caused by external factors (the user's internet connection, a third-party server failure, force majeure).
DreyTV reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Users will be informed of any substantial changes.
These Terms of Use are governed by the law applicable at DreyTV's place of establishment. Any dispute will first be resolved amicably, via WhatsApp contact.
